Piatti La Jolla

To put it simply, Piatti in La Jolla is amazing.

The Feel

The first thing I noted when I walked into Piatti was how welcoming the restaurant felt, and the feeling was confirmed throughout my experience largely due to the the hostesses and servers, all of whom were extremely friendly and genuine.

With large windows and clean white walls, Piatti has a very open feel. This plus subtle decòr and nice lighting give the place a simple yet elegant atmosphere.

The Food

They really take pride in the quality of dishes at Piatti.

The Rotolo is amazing. Pasta stuffed with spinach and mushrooms make for a delectable meal. It's pretty hard to beat home-made pasta. Yum.

As for dessert, the tiramisu is worth getting. It's extremely rich, fresh, and overall just delicious.

Price Range

I was surprised that Piatti was as reasonably priced as it is.

Meals range from between $12 and $30, which is a great deal as far as La Jolla restaurants go.
